What is Coaching Management?

Care Coaching Management Service [Care CMS] is the process by which an organisation deals with a major event that threatens to harm the organisation, its stakeholders, or the general public. In the care sector good management is critical as it relates to quality of care,  grading by external stakeholders and eventually to the ‘bottom line’. Care CMS uses coaching techniques to improve overall performance of individuals and teams.
